When the trees have no leaves all that is left is the bare branches and cone where the seeds are all stored up. This makes for a good picture when you have a macro lens attached to your camera and the sun it setting. It makes for a nice blurred background but a nice foreground. 

This is another one of those slow shutter speed and low ISO photos. I just got a new camera which is the Canon Rebel t5 so this will be much easier for em to do then it was on my old Fujifilm.  For this  photo i went on a walk in the woods and i found a little stream under  bridge so i went down and took this photo which i found out turns out better when the suns behind a cloud.

This is just an everyday normal house in the city of Charleston. But it sure makes for a good picture the house just seems unique but not too unique that everyone takes a picture of it. What i like the most about this house is the hurricane shutters they just seem not normal and fancy mostly because i never see them from where i'm from. 

This bird must be cold but yet this is where it fly's to in the winter it migrates down to southern Ontario from the north and speeds it winters here i often have a lot of them in my backyard so i make a bird feeder and help them in the winter. These birds are one of my favorites to see and i have almost gotten them to land on my hand i think this winter will be the winter they do.

Switzerland is such a beautiful country with all of the mountains and lakes and colorful cute little towns. The town that i was in is called Lucerne I is on a lake backed by mountains which is what you picture when you picture this country. I had a wonderful time here the buildings are so pretty and the people can speak almost every langue. 

This really is just a simple picture of a maple leaf turned yellow my autumn sitting in some water on a glass table. But yet i love the picture. I like how you can see most parts of the leaf floating on the water and you can see little water drops on the outside of the leaf. The yellow of this picture just makes the leaf pop out into your mind.

Colmar is one of the most beautiful places in all of France even better then Paris in my opinion. It has beautiful houses all different colors there is no one house the same color in all of the downtown. The downtown of the city is made up of many canals and you can go and rent there version of a gonadal and go up and down the canal it really is a beautiful city to go see. 

One the rain is gone everyone comes out to see whats new in the world but sometimes the best thing to do is just look down its there youll find all the water droplets covering everything. Water droplets can make a boring leaf for example this one much better to look at.

When i went to Paris this summer i went to the Louvre which makes senses because you kinda half to do that when your in Paris. When we were walking the halls of the Louvre we looked out the window of one of the wings i'm not to sure which one but i think it was the ancient Greek one. So i look out the window and i see a beautiful view of the main river in Paris with the backdrop of the old city turning into the new city of Paris.

Last summer when i went to Europe on a trip we stopped at this huge church in the middle of a little village at the side of a little two lane road. the village wasn't much but it had a feild in the middle of the town with cows in it and a couple houses and a lot of white dirt roads but the view from outside the church was amazing you could see mountains and old wooden fences and it was just to much to take in. The church which i can not show you because you weren't aloud to take any pictures in was a UNESCO wold heritage site. 

The beauty of s slow shutter is that you can get things to look different then what they really are for example in this picture its of a little waterfall in a small creek. I was able to make my shutter 1/3 of a second to get this picture. The water is blurred well the ground around it is in perfect focus. You are also able to do this white light. For example you can have your shutter set at 6 seconds and you can get a picture of the car lights streaking down the road. 

Before all the fancy dancy new toys were made all people had to play with were little wooden ones which can stillbe found in some places. You can find them in old stores or you can go to countries set back in the past which is what i did i found these wooden trains in Cuba in a little local market selling them and boy did they look good i would of brought them back but you weren't aloud to bring wood over the border. 

Animals can be at time the most difficult thing to take a photo of because first you need to find it then try to to scare it away then get the picture in focus then take it. It can be a very long process to take a picture but the end results can so be worth it as you can see here the baby bird is in perfect focus and i was able to blur out the foreground and background so that its just the bird in focus. 

Reflections in the water are the best things in my onion there so cool but if done right a person won't be able to tell wither the picture is upside down or not well this one was impossible to do right it still is pretty good because it shows the landscape of the lake in 2 ways the one in the background and also in the foreground because you can see the ripples under water caused by water movement and the pine tree on the right side of the picture so it gives you an all out good interpretation of the lake.

The hidden gems can be anywhere you look they could be up the tree to your right or around the bend in this case it was around the bend as we went it turned out into a beautiful shallow lake with amazing sunsets and where we could go feed the chickadees right out of our hands
