The first camping trip I went on this year was in late June, when I went to Bon Echo Provincial Park. I stayed for two nights, driving down from Ottawa on Friday and then leaving Sunday. It was a very pleasant stay at the park and I saw a lot of wildlife which you can see below.
A Four Spotted Skimmer which was eating lunch.
This was a new species on my life list, a Blackburnia Warbler.
A beautiful Northern Blue Flag by a creek.
A Common Merganser with its huge family.
What I think is an Eastern Wood-Pewee.
Another Eastern Wood-Pewee.
And finally an Orange Hawkweed.
