Happy first day of Autumn. The sun will soon be gone for most of the day and the leafs will start to turn color and fall. Then comes the snow and the shoveling of the snow which no one likes. But autumn is an amazing time of year it is one of the best times of year to go out and take pictures, in my opinion. The colors are the most vibrate turning this time of year and you and up with odd colors mixtures like in this photo. You have the out of focus greens of the leaves and black of the fence. Compared to teh grey and brown of the bricks and umbrella well you also have the vine leafs truing color and the rays of sunshine coming in.

Since my wife and I had been to this park before, we had done most of the trails except for Loon Lake (which is a loop) and McParlan House Trail (which is a there-and-back trail that branches off the Loon Lake Loop). My wife is pregnant, so we wanted som...
