The Red Admiral is the name of the butterfly in this picture. Most the time I prefer to take pictures of birds because I find them more interesting but when i was at Rondeau i saw this butterfly sitting on some dead grass and I decided to try to get the closest picture I could of it and it seemed to work out. I used 500 shutter, 5'6 aperture and ISO on auto.
My yearly trip up to my family's "Hunt Camp" was last weekend. It was a great time seeing the family and seeing the beautiful landscape that it sits on. Main Lake at the Camp Reflections in the Lake Reflations on the other side of the lake A scenic lookout on the way home Rockingham Church on the way home
